Driving Directions

La Plaza Center, North of San Rafeal

PMCM is located in the La Plaza Center, just minutes north of downtown San Rafael, and easily visible from Highway 101–just look for the palm trees!

We are located in building A of the La Plaza complex. The entrance to the Clinic itself (#22) is in the courtyard at the rear of the building.

The simplest route to PMCM is via
the SMITH RANCH RD. exit off 101,
shown on the map below.

Coming from South, GPS gets it wrong.

if you are coming from the South, your phone or GPS will probably send you via Freitas Parkway. Several new patients have gotten lost using this route so here are precise directions.

After leaving San Rafael – take Freitas Parkway exit off 101. Stay to the right following signs to Frontage Rd and Fairgrounds. After the right turn off Freitas turn left at once onto Redwood Hwy. (Yes, it’s a quick right and left, which is where internet and GPS directions cause trouble). You have the right of way – all other roads at this junction have Stop signs. Follow Redwood down to 4340 with the giant palm trees in front. La Plaza where PMCM is located is right after the Vineyard Building. Turn in after the first set of trees and PMCM is located on the courtyard side of the front building A.
